All elementary, intermediate and high schools are to introduce free-of-charge tuitions to students who have failed or will sit for supplementary exams, Dr. Abdul Rahman Al-Modiri, Director of Education in the Eastern Province, stated in a circular on Wednesday.

The decision considerably removes the financial burden on students. However, teachers will get incentives, the circular said.
