INTRANET

The Ministry of Education has initiated an ambitious project to build an Intranet Portal with the aim of improving knowledge sharing, collaboration and faster access to information among Ministry of Education employees and partners.

The Intranet is structured in such a manner that each department will have its own sub-site which will contain department-specific information. These sub- sites will be mainly accessible to members of the department and to those who have been given specific permission to access the site.  A few department-specific intranet sites have already been created for sections within the Computer and Information Center, and work is on to build sites for others.
